A licensed real estate agent will interact with your buyer or buyer’s agent and negotiate the best deal possible on your behalf. Items of importance include but not necessarily limited to price, seller contribution to buyers closing cost, closing dates, possession date, personal items that do not remain with home, home warranty or any other items of importance to you.
Once an agreement is reached, we will make sure that the contract reflects what you and the buyer have agreed to and is ready for signatures.
