Negotiate Repair Request (Includes Inspection report review)

A licensed real estate agent will interact with your buyer or buyer’s agent and negotiate to minimize the number of repairs you are required make to your property. Negotiations for buyer requested repairs are often the more intense than the negotiations that proceeded accepting the buyers offer to purchase your home.
Once an agreement is reached, we will make sure that the inspection addendum reflects what you and the buyer have agreed to and is ready for signatures.
