We will have a licensed local agent search for properties both on the MLS and or tax records to find properties to support your value. We cannot guarantee you a higher appraised value but if there are properties that support your sales price, we will find them and forward them to the appraiser for consideration. If a value comes in low it can trigger a renegotiation of contract price, closing dates and buyer required repairs which we will help you through as well.
